1. Get your test address

We will give you a one-time address. Send the email you want to test to it from your real system.

What we check

  • Authentication - SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and whether they align to your From domain.
  • DMARC policy - whether your domain is enforced (p=reject) or only monitoring.
  • Domain age - when your sending domain was registered, a reputation signal brand-new domains fail.
  • Gmail & Yahoo requirements (2024) - the bulk-sender checklist both providers now enforce.
  • Microsoft requirements (2025) + compauth forecast - Microsoft's bulk-sender rules, a forecast of the compauth verdict Outlook.com / Microsoft 365 would stamp on your message, and Microsoft 365-specific findings (tenant-default DKIM, onmicrosoft.com sending).
